Christmas with Nana Carolyn

We had an early Christmas celebration with Nana Carolyn last Monday.
Thanks for the nice time Nana Carolyn! Ethan loves his new camera!

Good morning!

We wake up every morning to hear Ethan talking to Alex. Ethan
is usually asking Alex if he wants any toys. It's cute. Yesterday morning Ethan decided to join Alex in his crib.

And he is walking...

Alex took his first official steps with daddy last night. Mommy was a little sad she missed the excitement.
Alex is proud to show off his new skill. Watch out world here he comes!

Winter weekend

We awoke Saturday to a few inches of snow. Ethan and Ted spent the morning shoveling and snowblowing Ethan was very excited about the first snow.
After shoveling, we went to cut down our Christmas tree.

After sledding, we went home for hot chocolate. It was a perfect weekend.

Helping Decorate for Christmas

Ethan and Alex helped their grandparents decorate their Christmas trees during Thanksgiving weekend.
Ethan had a special way of decorating. He loved putting all his favorite ornaments in one spot on the tree.
Alex's favorite part was the shiny beads.

Too much turkey & too much fun!

Thanksgiving brought lots of fun and excitement for the boys. Then there was the crash...

Sapora Play World

We had a playdate at Sapora Play World in Loves Park, Ill. Sapora is like a McDonald's playland only 3X the size.
The boys both loved crawling through the tubes.
